Yesterday Tyler and I took Riley out of the barn and put him to work twitching out some wood. I also got to drive him and haul out some wood with him for the first time. What a thrill to be half running, half walking behind Riley, who is working hard to drag a heavy log across the field. And what a hard working strong pony he is. It is amazing how much he can pull for his size.
Here is Tyler on his way back to the log pile to hook up to another log. On his way back he retrieved the chainsaw helmet that fell off the sled on the way over.
